In early 2010, we engaged Brownhill Homes to build our three bedroom unit. Chris and his team competed for the contract against a number of other builders who all came highly recommended.
From the outset Chris’ quote were the most realistic and demonstrated the greatest value for money. During the quotation process and immediately afterwards, Chris took us through step by step the stages of the build and the expected timelines. This was extremely important to us as we were living on site as the unit was a result of a subdivision.
Chris took the time to explain the technical terms in easy to understand language. Questions that we did have were answered promptly.
Throughout the build, all processes ran to schedule. If a workman was to start on a due date, he started on that date. There were no cost blow outs and all costs were upfront and clearly outlined in the building contract.
I think the photos speak for themselves in terms of Brownhill Home’s ability to undertake quality building works that result in excellent value for money. I can highly recommend Chris and his team for your future housing project.
