For more detailed or customised homes, design may take up to 12 months. If town planning approval is required, this can add another 6–12 months. Once construction begins, the build itself typically takes between 6–12 months, depending on the size and complexity of your home.

Do you offer fixed-price contracts for custom builds?

How often will I receive updates on my project?
From day one, you’ll receive weekly updates. From design through to handover, so you’re always in the loop. Clear, consistent communication is central to how we work. You’ll also have access to our client portal for real-time updates and photos, but if you prefer, we’ll include photos directly in your weekly emails during construction.
