With over 3 years in the Construction industry Tayla is your ideal first point of contact when building with Brownhill Homes.

From your initial enquiry, through to handing over your new home, she will be there every step of the way. With high attention to detail, impeccable organisation skills and thriving around a fast-paced environment Tayla will make sure your build with Brownhill Homes is one to remember.

Emily Bezemer

Reception & Administration Officer

With over 7 years in the property sector Emily brings great positivity and an efficient work ethic to the team at Brownhill Homes. She strives to give outstanding service with her excellent communication skills and prides herself on her attention to detail and exceptional organisation.

Emily has a background in a range of Industries and uses her knowledge to approach all the work she does with proficiency and a professional attitude. In her spare time Emily enjoys walking her Border Collie and spending her time with family and friends. 

Chris Brownhill

Director

Chris Brownhill founded Brownhill Homes over 25 years ago and brings his passion to be an outstanding residential builder, to the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Building over hundreds of homes over the years. Chris started his passion at a young age being hands on.

Starting in the industry with a carpentry background Chris has the ability to blend his technical and practical building background to produce outstanding outcomes. His eye for detail is unrivaled. Chris also oversees our property development business and has an excellent understanding of what’s required from acquisition to handover of all aspects of property development.

Outside of working hours, Chris enjoys playing a round of golf with his buddies and spending quality time with his family down at Rosebud. On the weekends you'll find Chris down at the MCG cheering on his Mighty Tigers. 

Danny Muller

Construction Manager

Danny is an outstanding team leader and communicator with premium industry knowledge who has the responsibility of overseeing all construction projects to ensure each Brownhill Homes project meets our high standards of excellence. He also manages our on site Supervisor team.

Danny's former role saw him taken on a General Management prosition thus bringing with him in excess of 23 years of experience, thorough knowledge of building techniques, construction processes and technical issues. He love of the Industry started following in his fathers footsteps, watching his dad a carpenter growing up. 

Danny loves his sport quite often spending weekends surrouded by fellow supporters, family and friends. 

Kate Sposito

Accountants Administrator

Kate has completed her certificate in Bookkeeping and represents half of Brownhill Homes Accounting team. Kate has been with us for 3.5 years and her role involves processing invoices and account control to name a few. She is a highly regarded experienced professional who provides a second to none service to our Suppliers and Trades to ensure everyone is paid in a timely manner.

Kate has started her own Natural Soy Candle business, many of which you will find in Brownhill Homes Handover Package. She enjoys making and selling these candles on weekends and school holidays. Chris Hill

Sales Manager / Business Analyst

Chris joined Brownhill Homes with 12 years experience in the construction and property industry. Landing his position as Sales Manager within Brownhill Homes is due to his excellent Estimating, and problem solving skills.

Chris' talents have been honed throughout his career both in Construction and Data Analytics where he has grown his passion for Property Development and crunching the numbers. 

He understands the importance of listening to our clients needs because each home/development situation is unique and he puts his skills to work to achieve outstanding service for our clients throughout their quoting stage. Dubbed the team "Excel Guru", Chris also coordinates with IT consultants to ensure the smooth operation of communications and information technology within the business.

Kim Turner

Colour Consultant

With over 10 years' experience in Styling, Kim has a passion for designing beautiful and authentic interiors. Her background in working with Clients homes, owning a staging company and most recently taking her position here with Brownhill Homes as a Colour Consultant helping our clients achieve stunning yet functional spaces. 

Kim's love for colour helps her to affect the mood and environment of every home she works on. Over the past year here at Brownhill Homes have seen her work on a range of different houses from Hamptons and modest family homes to contemporary and modern style developments. Each is a different challenge but one that Kim relishes, using her skills to bring out each homes unique personality.

Sam Hills

Site Supervisor

Sam has over 15+ years experience in the building Industry, covering a wide variety of single homes and unit development projects. Sam's role as a Site Supervisor is to be responsible for running his job sites, coordinating site crews, coordinating subcontractors, tracking the project timeline, and ensuing each home/development is completed to a high quality and in a timely manor. Sam believes the key fundamental areas when supervising are Patience and Problem solving.

In his spare time Sam likes to watch the footy, play a round of Golf with his mates and spend the weekend with his family.

Claudio Iacobucci

Financial Controller

Claudio has been with the Brownhill Homes family for 2 years and brings a high level of experience having worked in areas of Banking & Finance, Land Development, Media and Facility Management.

His responsibilities ranges overseeing the Finance Department to assisting our Operations Manager & Managing Director. Brings such skills as Mentoring, Problem Solving, Planning and analyzing to the team makes Claudio an integral part of our operations. 

He has a love for new languages, travelling and football

Elle Li

Purchasing Estimator

Elle joined the Brownhill Homes team 3 years ago and brings with her a specialised skill set in Estimating. With over 5 years experience as an Estimator, Elle believes the core foundations of her job require problem solving, time management and attention to detail. She has been an invaluable team member when it comes to dealing with international clients thus bridging the communication barriers here at Brownhill Homes. 

In her spare time Elle can be found having a hit or two down at her local badminton centre with her partner. Elle has also recently become a Australian citizen and we here at Brownhill Homes couldn't be prouder. 

Tayla Van Ommen

Marketing Manager

With over 11 years in the property sector Tayla brings an extensive array of knowledge to Brownhill Homes. Her passion for property started at the young age of 17 where managed a Leasing portfolio having studied and obtaining her Agents License. From there she moved into Volume Building which gave her a great insight into Construction and Client Management. She joined Brownhill Homes as the Client Liaison & Contracts Management.

Tayla is now focusing on Brownhill Homes image and Marketing content through our Website, Facebook, Instagram and our monthly newsletter. Utilising all facets of her vast experience and education Tayla loves working with the team to help make the design/build journey as wonderful as possible.

Inspired by working with a number of developers over the years, Tayla would love to start developing her own sites, working from the design phase seeing the project through to sales.  She also has a dream of building a Tiny home/granny flat and would love to one day bring this dream to a reality.

Lei Bao

Estimator

Lei joined Brownhill team after graduating from the University of Melbourne and brought with her experience in working with multi-unit development sites and Custom Home building in Melbourne’s blue chip suburbs. Lei has spent a short 7 years starting and completing her Bachelor and Master degree's in Construction Management and has since been working as a Cadet estimator in the Australian construction industry for 2 years.

Her family have a strong foot hold in the Chinese construction industry which saw her interest grow from a young age cementing her decision to take part in the industry from the ripe age of 18. Lei believes communicating with internal and external stakeholders, precise take-off's and preparing purchase orders to be her strong suits. 

Lei's Interests see her following the stock market closely and spending her weekends exploring the many National Parks Victoria has to offer.
