Our client approached us with a request for a double-fronted dual occupancy design. We guided them through the entire Brownhill Homes process, resulting in a knockdown-rebuild project that produced two stunning town homes in Melbourne’s southeast, close to major shopping centres, schools, parks, and transportation links. It was an ideal solution for our clients who wanted to expand their development’s features and functionality while remaining within a highly valuable area.
